Outstanding & personalized service !! Although this company has a standard service, there are certain areas of my lawn that need more of one thing and less of another. This all depends on what part of my yard your standing in. James is very knowledgeable about lawncare and knew right away how to approach my unique situation as all lawns have different needs in different areas. He let me know what I needed more of and what I needed less of and told me that his approach to my lawn treatment will depend on what is noticed each time he comes out. James is a true professional and never too busy to discuss my concerns or answer any questions I may have. He is very friendly, down to earth and a pleasure to work with. ~ Tom S

2023: I have had the Lawn Doctor do the fertilizing and weed control for my lawn this season in Elmhurst. I have seen a definite improvement in the overall quality of my lawn. Not inexpensive but worthwhile. I did my own fertilizing and weed control but not with such good results. I see this as paying for the expertise more than the product and labor. Again worthwhile. Will continue service with the Lawn Doctor next year. 2024: Continued the Lawn Doctor service and my lawn continues to look very good. Better than I could do myself. December 2024: I plan to continue the Lawn Doctor service in 2025 as in 2023 and 2024 for the reasons mentioned above. ~ Bob B

We can't believe the incredible difference in our lawn, all thanks to The Lawn Doctor of Villa Park. In one, yes ONE application our lawn looks so much better than it ever has. Even much of our impossible-to-kill creeping charlie is now gone. James, our Technician, is a true professional: Knowledgeable, prompt, dedicated, and exceptionally customer-focused. Such wonderful service, value, and results are rare today and are to be commended. We lament the years we tried doing this all ourselves, we should have called The Lawn Doctor from the start. There was this guy named Charlie who would constantly creep on my yard . He was not welcome. He’d show up every year and just spread out all over the lawn. Sure he he’d bring some purple flowers with him. Trying to make nice. But he was a brute and I couldn’t get rid of him. Until lawn dr. Not only did he boot creeping Charlie out of my lawn, also all of his rowdy friends. Got my soil tested, treated and seeded and after only 1 year my front and back yards are so much better. Now in maintenance mode and for the price, I couldn’t be happier. Already rec’ed to a couple of people. ~ andrew a

I was desperate for immediate lawn and tree/shrub care after I realized my previous company had a technician that was doing damage to my lawn. Ben (owner) and James (tech) came out to my house in Oak Brook within 1 day and explained everything I had going on, made a perfect, intelligent proposal, and actually went ahead and did the first service on the spot.
